What is in the pack
A ZIP containing three files.
| File | What it covers |
|---|---|
| 12-month-wedding-checklist.pdf | Month by month from twelve months out to the final week, in booking order rather than calendar order — so the venue comes before the photographer, and stationery comes after the caterer |
| 6-month-wedding-checklist.pdf | The compressed version for a shorter runway, with the same dependencies but tighter windows |
| read-me.txt | Which file to start with and how the two relate |
Print it, do not just open it
Both PDFs are laid out for A4 with tick boxes. A checklist you tick on paper and leave on a table gets used; one that lives in a downloads folder does not. If you are planning with someone else, print two copies and put one where you both walk past it.
Which one to use
Use the twelve-month list if you have more than eight months. Use the six-month list below that. Between six and eight months, use the twelve-month list and skip the first two months, which are mostly about decisions you have already made by then.
Read the checklist guides alongside them
The web versions explain why each item sits where it does.
