What the vendor payment tracker should include
| Column | Use it for |

| Supplier / vendor | Venue, photographer, florist, caterer, DJ, planner or rental company. |
| Package or quote | The agreed scope so you do not compare the wrong services. |
| Total cost | The full contracted amount, not only the deposit. |
| Deposit paid | The amount already paid and booking confirmation status. |
| Final balance | The amount still due before the wedding. |
| Due date | The date that should be added to your planning calendar. |
| Notes | Overtime, travel, setup, cancellation or refund terms. |
When to use it
Use the tracker before you book the second supplier. Once venue, catering, photography and flowers are in separate inboxes, payment dates become easy to miss.
