Use the day sheet as the supplier document
In the final week, every supplier should receive the same timeline in one message, with their own arrival window highlighted and an on-site contact number that is not yours. Suppliers working from three different versions is the most common way a well-planned day comes apart, and it is entirely preventable.
Check it against your photographer
Before it goes anywhere else, send the draft to your photographer. They have seen several hundred wedding days and will tell you in one email which part of yours does not fit — usually the group photographs, which take three minutes each, or the room turnaround, which takes 30–45 minutes and is often planned as instant.
